Bakery Lane - A Fortitude Valley Favourite

Bakery Lane features boutique design incubator studios and a mixture of retail businesses including restaurants, cafe and bars. This development has been designed to attract individuals or small groups in the innovative design industry. The studio spaces are suitable for commercial use as well as for short and medium residential accommodation within the one space. This allows designers to live, work and sell within a creative hub in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

Bakery Lane was originally built without any AV system. This proved hard to offer entertainment and to provide a common music source for the whole space that worked for the retailers.

After the successful installation at California Lane, Bakery Lane way quickly retrofitted with a similar system that offered a carefully zoned approach allowing scheduled different speakers to be shut off depending on the retailers requirements or if there were special events.

 A future video component is slated for late 2019.
